Traditional system is the Slider-Crank System. It is also called as the resiprocal engine. The movement is: Piston Head go-backs, and crank go-rounds. To connect the movement, the connection rod is used. The Length of Stroke of the Piston Head equals to the Diameter of the circle of crank. The Connection Rod has movement toward both longitudinal and lateral direction.
The new mechanism is the Slider-Gear-Crank System. PistonHead is connected to the ConnRod. ConnRod is connected to the gear, Gear is connected to the Crank. The Slider-Gear-Crank System enabled the ConnRod to go-back without the lateral motion. When the diameter of the gear is ahalf of the diameter of the innergiar of the Engineroom, the motion of the Conn-Rod becomes straight. The reason of the high power is that the stroke of the piston is twice as much of the traditional slider-crank system.
